Refund policy

Our refund policy is valid for 7 days from the date your item is delivered. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received unused, unworn, with all tags attached and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@issusolar.com. A 25% restocking fee will apply to all approved returns.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.
